watt usage

I have used up 1,952 kilo watts of power in my apartment since I moved in . (June 2007)

I'm not sure if that's a lot or not.

Well, you use less electricity than the environment's best friend Al Gore whos mansion used 191,000 kilowatt hours in 2006. You seem to be a little above average--the average household in 2001 used 10,656 kW-hours for a year.

Science project: get a arc-welding torch as see what that does to your electricity usage!

Tip: Reduce energy usage by turning off lights and closeing the refrigerator door when not in use. Over something billion watts an hours are wasted in open refrigerators in ovens

You totally copied and pasted that crap.

also... and you really should know this... I doubt that you have ever used 1,952 kilowatts in your house ever. The power bill indicates you have used 1,952 kilowatt-hours. You are probably using about 300 watts when you are not there and 5,000 watts when you are playing a game, waching the dishes and cooking something in the oven.

Also, the bit about Al Gore is true.

I don't know anything about kw usage but my power bill was over $600 last month. If I were you I wouldn't worry too much.
